The Mission of the Red Lake Nation Oosh-Kii-Mii-Kah-Nah Halfway House is to provide the best quality Chemical Dependency Primary Treatment services to all Red Lake Nation Tribal enrolled members and all Federally Recognized Tribal Members, reside in on/off the Red Lake Nation Reservation. This is achieved by treating every client individually and blending our Native American Traditions and Beliefs with the 12-Step Alcoholics Anonymous program, in accordance with Minnesota State Statue.

Oosh-Kii-Mii-Kah-Nah is under the direction of the Red Lake Chemical Health Programs and is governed by the Red Lake Band of Tribal Council.
Oosh-Kii-Mii-Kah-Nah is a 15-bed co-ed facility: 10 male, 5 female.
